Quartz and Glass annealing relieves internal stresses in the glass that are present after its original manufacturing.

Blanchards are rotary surface grinders that use diamond wheels to remove thickness from the substrates we are manufacturing. We can grind material as small as 6mm and up to 36″ in diameter.

Discovery has four Strasbaugh curve generators that use diamond wheels to grind a convex or concave curve into the substrate. Discovery can generate curves into substrates up to 36″ in diameter.

Discovery can machine or drill holes into substrates up to 28″ in diameter.

Discovery utilizes diamond wheels to edge substrate materials up to 35″ in diameter

Discovery uses Strasbaugh spindle machines to grind and polish substrate material up to 35″ in diameter.
